Runes have a tier associated with them. Some will have legendary tiers, and some won't.
This guide will list the effect in terms of uncommon / rare / epic / legendary .
The highest tier rune will be shown as a picture.
When a number in parentheses shows up, like (2), that means you can obtain more than one of those runes, as long as it's obtained from different sources.
