Main Engravings (Grudge + Berserkers Killer Move + Awakening)

• Grudge and Berserker's Killer Move are the two best engravings for Berserker.

• With Berserkers Killer Move you don't experience the 30 second fatigue after identity.

• Since you only really need the Level 1 Effect of Berserker's Killer Move, Awakening becomes a good 3rd engraving, especially if you're putting most of your stats into specialty, as you should be doing.

Main Engravings (Grudge + Backstab)

• Grudge and Backstab are by far the most popular engravings right now in season 2 for Battlemaster.

• Sharp Blunt and Beginner's Mind are the 3rd and 4th most popular engraving, but their popularity is a third of Grudge and Backstab among the highest 200 ilvl Battlemasters.

Alternative Engravings

• If you have no access to any of those engravings above, these three should also suffice.

Main Engravings (Awakening + Spirit Absorption + Urgent Rescue)

• In pre-made parties, you want to get your ult off as much as possible for extra bars for damage identity Awakening is a priority.

• Spirit Absorption is also a popular engraving for bards to have.

• In random parties, it's nice to bring Urgent Rescue to help heal party members.

• It's more efficient to spam 1 bar of heal to get the extra heal effect at the end than saving for 2 or 3 bars.

Alternative Engravings

• All these 3 engravings are nice to have but not necessary.

Main Engravings (Grudge + Empress' Grace)

• Both Grudge and Empress' Grace are your main engravings. Not much else is better than the flat damage bonus these engravings both apply.

• While having at least Empress's Grace Level 1 (5 Points) is good, you should probably make sure you have +10 points for Grudge before committing to the engraving. Level 1 Grudge is not worth it.

Alternative Engravings

• Once you achieve both Grudge and Empress' Grace, try to look into these engravings.

S2 Recommended Engravings

• All engraving tiers now require 20 books to advance to the next point tier.
  
• Green, blue, purple, and legendary tiers apply +3/+6/+9/+12 points when engraved onto a ring.
• For example, if you've only used 20 Green Grudge books, you can only apply +3 Grudge points onto a ring.
• If you use 20 Blue and Purple books, you can now apply +9 Grudge points onto a ring.
• For the Level 1 engraving effect, you must reach at least +5 points.
• You can apply the same engraving to both rings. So for example, +3 Grudge on both rings will give you 6 points, allowing you to hit Level 1 Grudge.
• All accessories can give bonus points towards accessories. All accessories give negative bonus point towards attack power, attack speed, defense, or move speed up to +3 each.
• Blue accessories give max bonus engraving points of +1. Purple give max bonus points of +2. Legendary and artifact give max bonus points of +3.
• Green and Blue books can be obtained from Abyss Dungeons, Abyss Raids, Challenge Guardians, Island of Grief, and Cube Golden Stage.
• Purple books and legendary books can only be obtained from higher tier versions of Abyss Dungeons and Abyss Raids.

   

   

   

Cursed Doll

• Cursed Doll is kind of a weird engraving right now. The engraving itself provides a hefty boost to DPS, but doesn't count towards the AP gate for certain content like Mystic Raids.
  

• It can take the place of Grudge or a class engraving, but not often seen.

Heavy Armor

• Good defensive engraving for any class.
