Skill Rune Locations

• Runes have a tier associated with them. Some will have legendary tiers, and some won't.

• This guide will list the effect in terms of uncommon / rare / epic / legendary . 

• The highest tier rune will be shown as a picture.

• When a number in parentheses  shows up, like (2), that means you can obtain more than one of those runes, as long as it's obtained from different sources.

Bleed - Hits by the When ares Skill Is the Enemy, bleed is Applied for  4  /  5  /  6  seconds The. 

• Rare  -T1 Field Boss.

• Epic  -T2 Field Bosses | Calaza Village Lutia Max Affinity

• Legendary  -T3 Field Bosses

• This is one of the strongest runes in the game, especially since summoner pets auto apply bleed with each attack if the rune is slotted in a pet skill.

Richness  -When a skill hits the enemy, identity gain is increased by  10%  / 20%  /  30%  /  40% .

• Rare (2)  -5 Giant Hearts |  Personal Island Vendor "Maximel"

• Epic -34 Voyage Wonders

• Legendary  -5 Star of Orpheus

Frenzy  -When using a skill, there is a chance that your attack speed and movement speed increases by  8%  /  12%  /  16%  for 6 seconds. 

• Rare  -T1 Chaos Gate

• Epic  -T2 Chaos Gate

• Legendary  -T3 Chaos Gate

Overwhelm  -Neutralization/impairment skill damage increases by  5%  / 10%  /  20%  /  30% .  

• Uncommon  (2)  -Spida Island Boss | Personal Island Vendor "Elaine"

• Rare (2)   -???  |  Pirate Village Atlas Exchange 36k Pirate Coins

• Epic (2)  -3 Star of Orpheus | Payton 30% Completion

• Legendary (2)  -Island of Grief Vendor 3600 Red Threads | Personal Island Vendor "Borja"

Gale  - 4%  / 8%  /  12% increased skill cast speed.  

• Uncommon  -T1 Guardians

• Rare (2)   -T2 Guardians | T3 Guardians

• Epic (2)  -T4 Guardians | T5 Guardians

Follow-up  -When using a skill there is a chance to decrease the cooldown of all skills by  8%  /  12% . 

• Rare  -Tower of Shadow 45th Floor

• Epic  -Tower of Fate 45th Floor

Condemnation  -When a skill hits the enemy, there is a  20%  /  30%  /  40%  that a "condemnation" buff is applied to yourself for 3 seconds.

• Rare  - Personal Island Vendor "Roan"

• Epic  -24 Masterpieces

• Legendary  - Personal Island Vendor "Saha"

Judgment  -When a skill hits the enemy, there is a  20%  /  30%  /  40%  that you remove the "condemnation" buff. If the buff is removed, you gain back mana/energy and all skill cooldowns are reduced by 6 seconds.

• Rare  - Item codex says affinity in Bern Castle, but no NPC has it

• Epic  -Island of Isolated Eternity Affinity

• Legendary  - 44 Masterpieces

Purify  -After using a skill, there is a  70%  chance to remove a debuff on yourself.

• Epic  -5 Marks of Ignea

Guardian  -During skill cast, you gain  5%  /  8%  of your life total as a shield.

• Rare  -Welcome Butterfly Island Field Boss

• Epic  -50 Island Hearts

Focus  -Skill mana cost is reduced by  10%  / 20%  /  30%  /  40% .  

• Uncommon  (2)  -Spida Island Boss | Personal Island Vendor "Astiel"

• Rare (2)   -Uncharted Island Boss  |  Personal Island Vendor "Gador"

• Epic (2)  -  Personal Island the Vendor "Flor" | 13 Giant Hearts

• Legendary  -42 Voyage Adventures

Iron Wall  -Reduces damage taken during skill cast by  4%  / 8% . 

• Uncommon  (2)  -Dooky Island Boss | Personal Island Vendor "Frauke"

• Rare (2)   -Walpurgis Dungeon Boss |  North Bern 20% Completion
