Island Heart

• The island heart can be obtained after maxing the NPC affinity.

Island Quest

• To unlock the NPC, you must finish her purple quest. 
• You will get to a point where you have to do three things. 
• You will need to shovel something on White Wave Island.
• You will need to open a chest on Little Lucky Island.

• You will need to open the middle chest on Outlaw Island.

• After you do this, you will unlock the NPC for affinity.
