Island Heart
The island heart can be obtained by finishing a purple quest.
Island Quest
The purple quest can be received from Matthias on Sea Paradise Payto.
This purple quest will take around an hour and 30 minutes.
The 4th step in the quest can be quite confusing where you have to use a bomb with F5.
Use F5 on the location of the character on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th pictures below.
