Island Heart

• The island heart can be obtained after maxing the NPC affinity.

Island Quest

• To unlock the NPC, you must finish her purple quest. 
• You will get to a point where you have to do three things. 
• You will need to shovel something on White Wave Island.
• You will need to open a chest on Little Lucky Island.

• You will need to open the middle chest on Outlaw Island.

• After you do this, you will unlock the NPC for affinity.

Island Heart

• The island heart can be obtained after completing the epona daily for this island 7 times.

• To unlock the epona daily, you must first complete the purple quest on the island.

• You need 250 pirate coins before you're able to finish the purple quest, but you do get them back again afterwards.

• Part of the purple quest will ask you to buy 5 daggers from a store, which cost 50 pirate coins each.

Island Heart

• The island heart can be randomly obtained from the reward bag from completing the island quest.

• This is a calendar island.

• The quest objective is to fish. There are rank 1 and rank 4 nodes on the map so you don't need to have any points invested into fishing. 

• Every successful fish gets you 1 point. You must get at least 3 points before you're able to get the reward.

• 1st place gets 600 Pirate Coins, 2nd gets 500, 3rd gets 400, and everyone else gets 200. Everyone gets a bag which has a chance of dropping the heart.
