Island Heart

• The island heart can be obtained by completing the purple quest specific to this island.

Island Quest

• The purple quest is given in Ardetain from an NPC in stern. The quest will direct you to Payto.
  
• Pictures should be self-explanatory.

• You may now go to Bikini Island to finish the purple quest and obtain the heart. 
• The quest involves you just interacting with chairs and lying down on those beds.
