Island Heart
The island heart can be randomly obtained by destroying golden and regular jars on the island.
Monsters will also spawn out of jars you kill which deal a moderate amount of damage. If you keep clearing jars without clearing the monsters, they could be bothersome.
Mokoko Seed
1. Kill the golden jar near the vines and then you will be able to climb the vines.
