For that purple quest to show up, you must finish all yellow quests on the island in addition to 6 dailies.
The dailies are unlocked after completing the yellow quest on the island.
You MUST do the same daily 6x for the purple quest to show up.
After doing 30 total dailies on this island, you may receive the Brahms ship.
