Island Heart
The island heart can be obtained by killing a Golden Bell slime (2nd picture).
The Golden Bell can spawn in several locations shown in the 1st picture below.
It's advisable that you party with 3 other people as any kill by any other party member can give you a chance of the heart dropping, regardless if you participated or not.
Each party member can cover a different section of the map.
Only the Golden Bell slime drops the heart. There is a Queen slime that does not drop it.
